Aimed at Clinical Staff working with adults at risk this includes medical and non-medical staff.

The conference will cover the legislation that underpins safeguarding adults at risk including national policies and inter-agency guidance.

It will discuss the various categories of abuse, including the six principles that underpin adult safeguarding.  It will consider the capacity and best interest assessments. It will consider information sharing, confidentiality, and consent.
